Here's what people are saying ... |
|
Rodney -
Thanks for the Amortization spreadsheet. It works perfect and saves me a lot of time and gives me a record of payment schedules.
- Dean CHITTENDEN [AcuBids.com] Dallas, TX
|
|
Rodney: Your amortization schedule is fabulous. Doing mortgage schedules for 15 years and this is the easiest tool I have ever seen.
...
Thank you for making a troublesome area so easily clarified. And these schedules are available to everyone, not just the professional mortgage person.
- Cathy TANNER Mortgage Broker [MBI Mortgage]
|
|
I personally already used it to calculate how much interest I would save if I paid $100 more a month or $200 more a month on my house payment :-). You're right - it IS motivating!
- Terri S. Folsom, CA

Hi Rodney:
It works well, simple and easy unlike some of the online programs with our MLS system.
...
I will say I was quite impressed with the tutorial and the explanation of interest with examples. I think this would be very useful if it could be taught in real estate licensing classes or any kind of finance class.
...
Most of the lenders I work with in this area have quite sophisticated programs for this and do the overkill explanation to buyers.
This program is great because of it's simplicity and clarity.
...
Thanks,
- Judy Pool HOMAN [KW Realty] Dallas/Ft Worth, TX
